Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking.

Excellent Condo in Mammoth!
by Mark RobertsVery comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Working gas BBQ (when not freezing outside). Working wood stove for heat and ambiance, with firewood provided. Deck has delightful view of interior courtyard with trees, grass, pool, etc. (unusual for Mammoth, with decks usually facing parking lots or streets). All appliances worked well. Very large HDTV with access to cable as well as DVD player. Dog friendly. Quiet neighbors. Beds comfortable. Reasonable rates. VRBO folk great to work with. Our second stay here. We would gladly stay again in the future.

Unlike so many Mammoth condos, the deck looks out over a quiet park-like area, plus a pool, not a parking lot or street. From this condo you can walk to the store, restaurants, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Working fireplace/woodstove with some wood to start. BBQ that works. I'd gladly stay here again.
