Amazing location!!! Will stay here again

Wonderful location, phenomenon condo complex great for the whole family!

The location is insanely close. Only can park two cars made me nervous but the office agent kindly help arrange it for us. Clean kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Would be better to have some racks for snowboards but the location is too sweet! Water is hot. Heat works well. Good good.

Condo was great, close to canyon and a nice walk to the village if you don’t mind walking. Would stay here again 🙂

Could not of asked for a better rental. 10/10 location wise. Perfect distance to Canyon Lodge. The place was clear and comfortable. Fit our family of 4 perfect and we could of easily fit more and feel the same We will definitely be staying again.

As soon as you step out you are in the parking lot of canyon lodge. The building was easy to find and the parking garage was clutch. Checking in was easy and the unit was warm and clean. Would recommend for people who want to stay close to the resort.

Nomadness Rentals was fantastic to work with; they were extremely proactive in providing information about the rental, payment options, amenities, and check-in/check-out procedures. All information was sent prior to our stay which made it extremely easy to find the location and get settled (no need for face-to-face check-in). The house was extremely well taken care of, clean, and stocked with plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen and living room were large enough for the entire family and had a warm feel to them. Working fire place, TVs, and patio door made it great to relax in after a long day of skiing. Plenty of rooms to spread out. The indoor parking garage and proximity to the Lodge were top notch. If you’re looking to walk about 150m (~2min) to the lifts you should consider this place! Overall, we had an blast and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Perfect for our group of 7, 2 families w/teens. Less than 5 min walk to Canyon Lodge. There are several flights of stairs and doors to go through in this complex, you will get a workout! Nomadness management very responsive with us. We would rent here again!

A great condo with a great location!!

Check-in was easy, very clean place, fully stocked kitchen, cozy living quarters. There are even some cards, board games, and a chromecast TV w/ HDMI cable already in the living room. The location is excellent for the price - only less than 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge (and that’s in ski boots!). We had a group of 6 adults and all fit comfortably in the living room. Maybe an additional 1 or 2 more adults might be tight for hanging out on the couch. Just to note, this place has a lot of stairs (2+ flights from the garage to the unit, 1 flight from complex entrance to unit). While this did not bother us because we had a younger, athletic group, it might be harder for those less physically capable. Also the 2nd king bedroom is not really private, as there is a loft that has the 2 twin beds. Overall had a great stay and enjoyed skiing at Mammoth Mtn. Would recommend for a small group of friends on a budget, but want to be close to the mountain!

Great location if you love Canyon Lodge. The place offers a nice little welcoming pack with paper towels/toiletry/towels. 2 parking spaces only! But this place was great, very comfortable and clean. A lot of places to sleep because the 6 beds, also there’s the couch that can fit 1-2 people.

Great space, plenty of room for 8 of us.
