425 Updated Village Overlook w/ Gondola Access, Spa, Pool & More!

The unit was very large, the bedrooms were on the quiet side of the building so late night party goers were no issue. The view was beautiful, the beds were very comfy and warm.

Enjoyed our stay at Nomadness’ condo. It was convenient to the slopes and to access the restaurants and shops at the Village. Would stay here again.

The place was just as described easy to come and go fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets. Homey roomy perfect for our family of 5 beautiful views from the rooms and balcony. 100/10 recommend. Will be coming back for our next trip

this was an amazing property. cannot beat the location. right in the village, everything so accessible. the condo was great too, had everything that one would need, very spacious, well maintained. This is our new go to every time we visit mammoth from now on, no need to even consider anything else! thankyou for a great stay!

Perfect location in the village. We stayed with two 20 mo and 3 yo boys. The location allowed us to easily see the village gondola from our window and easily catch it to get up to the slopes. Restaurants are close by and we hardly had to drive. Highly recommend this beautiful and spacious unit!

Exceptional location with a top floor balcony overlooking the center of the village. Bigger than you might expect given that location - a very comfortable two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The underground parking is a fantastic amenity. We didn’t branch out to any other on-site amenities but I’m sure we would have enjoyed the hot tub access (toddlers meant we had to settle for an in-room soak). Would 100% recommend and stay again.

This is by far the most spacious and comfortable place we’ve stayed at in the Village. The location was perfect. It was also clean and compete with everything we needed during our stay.

The Village is always a great place to stay. Have stayed in the Village a few times with different management companies. All have been fine. Had a great stay, had to call to have fireplace fixed but was done right away. This location is awesome in the village. Fourth floor and huge balcony to see the main Village and Gondola!!  

A beautiful condo in the Mammoth Village and a great location to walk our bikes to the Mammoth Gran Fondo starting line. Five stars all the way and I hope to stay here again and again.

The key pick up process is pretty easy but it’s off site. We didn’t touch our car for the entire 4 night stay. Everything is walking distance, general store, liquor store, many restaurants and the gondola. Three bathrooms is nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. View of the gondola. Already planning our next mammoth trip and we are going to rent this one again.

We have rented several units in the village in the past and this one takes the cake for best one so far. It's a spacious unit with a fantastic view of the village. The check-in and check-out process couldn't be easier. We'll definitely rent here again in the future.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property. It is the perfect location for skiing when Canyon lodge is open, it is close to all the restaurants in the village, has great views from the balcony, and good kitchen/laundry/entertainment amenities.

Great location and has a pool. The hallways are long like a vegas casino but can't beat looking at the gondola and being steps away from restaurants

Exactly where we wanted to be, and this condo delivered. Two adult couples had plenty of space. Two bedrooms (King/Queen) with one ensuite full bath and another full bath right next to second bedroom. A third 1/2 bathroom by living/kitchen space. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking needs. The balcony is wide and has a fabulous view of mountains a village below. Parking is included, underground and easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance or short drive from the condo. The gondola is steps away. We stayed for 4 nights and traveled to 5 hot springs, Convict Lake, Bodie, Mono Lake, and Yosemite. There is no doubt we will return. We appreciated the quality, cleanliness, and the lower rates. Thank you for the memories.

This unit is very very nice, great location. Very clean and spacious! If you would like to clean after making a meal, you may want to bring 409 or something to clean with.

Wonderful location overlooking the firepit in the village, huge great room with ample space for hanging out, eating dinner and just relaxing.

Location, Location, Location! We had an awesome weekend staying right in the Village. Views from the 4th Floor are amazing!

This location was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a great view of the village square where we had a great balcony view of the music festival going on. We'll definitely try and reserve this place again for next year!

This was a great spot for our 16-month-old. Located close to chateau and old mammoth not far from The Stove. Parking was convenient in the summer. Across the street from the bowling alley.

Decided to return to Mammoth from NY to experience 4th of July in the Sierra complete with snowboarding. The place was great, we had a blast!!

This is our first vacation with kids that didn't leave us feeling like we were dying to get back home. Although this condo is big enough to fit 3 small families, it was just what we needed for our family of four (including a 16 month old and a almost 3 year old). For those traveling with young kids, you know how valuable space is, and staying in a town that is cold and snowy means space is even more valuable because the kiddos are indoors most of the time. As the other reviews mentioned already, the location is spot on. You're literally right in the heart of the village, and everything you need is within walking distance. Because we were traveling with other families that included 7 other young ones, traveling by bus (we flew into Mammoth) wasn't ideal, so we basically ate at all the eateries in the village and at Canyon Lodge. The view from inside the condo is spectacular. You literally get to see the Gondola and stage area, as well as the scenic mountains in the background. The amenities inside the condo were enough for us, and we didn't feel like we needed anything more. Wifi signal is pretty good, a little slow at times, but overall, sufficient for basic internet needs. The TV in the main living room had Netflix and YouTube already on it, so basically, our kids were sufficiently entertained. I also really appreciated the large dining table as we brought plenty of coloring paper to keep the kids busy as well. Everyone else that we travelled with got the one bedroom condo on the same floor, but our unit was clearly the one everyone gathered in. Both of my kids slept fairly well for being in a new environment, and it was so crucial that they slept in different rooms because their sleep schedules are different and they're used to sleeping in separate rooms at home anyway. On one night, I actually slept on the couch (without the pull out bed taken out), but with the fireplace on and a storm going on outside, it was actually more ideal/comfortable for me than I thought it would be. The only downside to our stay was one of the toilets was not functioning properly, but since there were 2 other ones available, it didn't really matter to us. Management was notified and hopefully this issue can be resolved for future guests. Otherwise, this vacation turned out to be a lot smoother than we had anticipated (because traveling with kids is a trip, not a vacation) and a big reason for that is because of this unit. We will definitely come back again!

Great location in the village. Large condo. Very nice - one of the nicest condos I've stayed at in Mammoth. Would highly recommend to everyone. I hope to stay in this condo again soon.

The weekend we spent at the White Moutain Lodge was absolutely the best time our family could have had. This condo is amazing. It just has the best location. Top floor, corner unit, overlooking the stage and plaza. Heart of town, but private and safe. During the day Christmas carols floated up through the window. At night snow gently fell all around. Below us we see excited people bustling through the shops and restaurants of the Village. Kids throwing snowballs, dogs in shoes and sweaters. It just doesn't get any better. The unit itself is so warm, inviting, and comfortable. The newly redecorated interior is classy and clean. The fireplace goes on with a switch, so easy. The televisions are comprehensive. Everything works. The kitchen is clean and nice, even had what I needed to make a chocolate truffle cheesecake. The vibe in the unit is so calm, it feels like many good memories have been made here. Our family contributed. Spending a couple of days here, lounging by the fire, dining in with family and good friends, and enjoying little excursions downstairs into the heart of the Village made our Christmas very special. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I work in the property management profession. I've visited more vacation homes than most. This White Mountain Lodge home is simply my favorite. I can not say enough about it. Stay here. That's an insider's tip.

PERFECT LOCATION! This is absolutely the best condo I’ve ever stayed in! It is a perfect combination of comfort, convenience and location. Right in the heart of Mammoth Village ….steps from the chair lift, great restaurants and shopping with pool and jacuzzi access. I loved that it was at the end of the top floor. We sat on the balcony, at almost tree top level, and looked at the mountains in the morning and the happening scene below in the Village in the afternoon. The master suite had a double vanity and a huge soaking tub…..that was an unexpected treat! There was another bedroom with a bathroom off the hallway…. with another soaking tub! The open concept main living area had a really well stocked kitchen and the dining table had room for 8, which really worked out well for us. There was a big fold out couch in the living room with a huge comfortable mattress…perfect size for 2 adults, but could easily sleep 3 children. Another big half bathroom off the wide main hallway was an added plus. Did I mention the washer and dryer? Very handy to do a quick wash after a day of mountain biking. I’ll be back for sure once the snow falls……..BEST CONDO EVER!
