Our stay at 31 Silver Bear was great!

We are a family of 5 (kids are 15, 18, and 20) and the size was just right. The location is perfect with just an easy walk to Canyon Lodge. The unit has been nicely upgraded and is much nicer than many of the other Mammoth condos we've rented in the past. The kitchen has all the dishes, cookware, and seasonings you might need. Bring your own sugar and oil though. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The toilet in the master bath was a bit fussy but other than that the bathroom situation worked very well. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. The directions provided for finding and accessing the unit were easy to follow. When our door code didn't work upon check-in, a call to Nomadness was returned quickly and the issue was resolved on the spot. All in all, I give the condo an "A" and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Best rental I’ve ever had in Mammoth!

This place is great. 5 minute walk to Canyon. Parking was awesome and the place had everything you need!! We arrived right at 4pm the place was spotless. WiFi worked great. Brand new fireplace was awesome. Nest controlled thermostat was awesome! Very spacious floor plan and they have Apple TV so you can watch all the Netflix you want if you log in to your account. Appliances were all stainless and great! Nice big Kuerig coffee maker and windows all over the place. I’ve been coming to mammoth since 1995 and this is the best rental we’ve had. 100% will use again.

Great home with all necessities included

We had our two boys (3 yrs old and 8 months old) and another couple who had their son of 3 yrs old. We each had our own clean spacious rooms (clean bed sheets, very important!) with our own bathrooms, an extra twin bed in one of the bedrooms makes it easy as well. A great bench near the front door where you can stack all your stuff for the next day, washer and dryer, dishwasher, Cable TV with apple TV, dvd player. You can hookup to your Netflix of HBO and watch movies/shows! (Great common area is what i'm trying to get at) It has a nice grill with stocked propane, and a nice kitchen layout with a large refrigerator and all the utensils you need for cooking. We stayed during the summer - there was a trolley that picked us up as we walked to The Village down the hill! All in all great location for a summer rental, looks like it would be good for winter too. Note: There is no A/C only a fan and heater, but we had the windows open and it had a very nice cross breeze. The unit has a Nest Thermostat, so you or the owner of the unit can control the temperature. - Would recommend this place to friends.

The condo was wonderful.

We stayed at Silver Bear over the Thanksgiving holiday this year. The condo was wonderful. Large 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living/dining/kitchen area was huge. Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable. There were 5 of us and at no time did we feel the space was too small or cramped. Kitchen was well stocked, large entry for shoe and jacket removal. Garage parking; we had a small problem with the fireplace but the response was quick and the problem was taken care of. We could never really get the thermostat set right but other than that, we loved this condo. The owners have done a great job in making sure their guests are comfortable and feel at home and the management company is extremely pleasant and responsive. Would definitely love to stay here again.
