Holiday Reservations: check-in is at 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also, during holiday periods, late check-out is unavailable.
Please No ski or snowboard boots worn inside the unit-it may disturb downstairs neighbors. Thank you!
Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking.

Very nice at a good rate
by Gregg BrotmanWe stayed there during the summer. In the winter, it’s very close to a ski lift. In the summer, it feels almost like a ghost town, with only the workers around. The building was freshly painted outside, and the heated step-in shower was nice, with just enough water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice little fireplace with a generous supply of wood.

by Bill BIt's brighter & warmer inside than it looks. The issue some complain about with the bathroom (lack of door) has been fixed. There's a sliding barndoor now. For a small family or couple that wants the convenience of being able to walk to the lifts because parking sucks at Mammoth or you may want to split up on different days, can't beat it. Amenities were great & the location is almost slopeside. For perspective, it's a half-block (think a normal town/city block) from Austria Haus, and .39 miles from Canyon Lodge (I Strava'ed it). It's Mammoth, so when you check-in, be prepared for the heaters to take some time to make the place cozy, but the heaters and wood stove were more than adequate. Kitchen has all you need for cooking and there's TWO parking spaces! Frequent visitor tip: You'll need to drive to eat/drink/groceries (unless you go to Austria), but NO PLACE at Mammoth can offer both.
