315 Walk to Ski & Village, Breathtaking Views Condo, Pool & Spa

This spot was incredible!!! So cute and cozy, great for groups, walkable to canyon lodge! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was great, perfect home for 3 couples (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need to make you feel right at home. Having 2 covered parking spaces was perfect. The blue line Mammoth shuttle stop just steps away was also a huge plus especially during the snow storm! Nomadness was communicative and accessible for questions. Overall WONDERFUL stay!!

Location!! It is only 2 min drive to Canyon lodge and 10 min drive to Main lodge. House was cozy and wonderfully decorated beyond the written description. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. I was unaware that the room is located on the third floor without an elevator. However, the management office responded promptly to my inquiry during my stay.

My family and I enjoyed our time. The place and the view is amazing. Mammoth is such a beautiful place. This place is great, quiet, and clean. Close to everything and the shuttle is right outside the garage. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We stayed here to go skiing at Mammoth. It was really handy for both Canyon lodge and for walking to the village. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was in a great location for skiing! It's roughly a 5-10 minute walk up to Canyon Lodge or the Village Gondola. Overall the condo was perfect! It was stocked with spices and everything we needed for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Mammoth!

Everything was close by. Place very well Equipped. Had everything we needed.

We stayed here with our 1 and 3 year old on a summer weekend. The unit itself was well-kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The pool was fun for the kids as well. The location is conveniently placed along a trolley route that takes you to the village. Great place to spend a few nights and make memories with the kids.

Great rental! My friends and I really enjoyed staying here - I would recommend this place to anyone trying to have nice views and be close to everything in Mammoth.

Had everything a family would need. We loved the loft and would totally stay here again. Recommending this to friends as well.

This is a wonderful condo. Well stocked - even had plenty of charging stations for your phones and tablets. Gorgeous sunrises, great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice spot. Tons of beds and room for 8. The walk up the hill to the canyon for lift access is key. No doubt ill be returning in the future. Thanks for an awesome spring ski weekend

We absolutely loved this charming 3 bedroom townhome in Mammoth! We are frequent Mammoth travellers and we usually stay either in the Village or at the Westin. This time we booked late and decided to give this place a try, and to be honest we were nervous about it. To our surprise we realized we rented a total winner as soon as we stepped in the door! This spacious and immaculate 3 bedroom , 3 bath was perfect. It was decorated quintessentially cabin-risqué which made it warm and inviting. It was laden with thoughtful amenities, including fresh coffee beans and a bottle of wine to welcome us! What a classy touch’. You can tell a lot of thought was put into everything from ziploc bags, microwave popcorn, and a few common spices in the pantry to extra linens for really cold nights, this place was stocked for even the most finicky guests. We loved that it was immaculately clean especially in this day and age, and although it has cozy rustic decor everything was spotless with not a speck of dust to be found. Beds were comfy, and we loved the balcony with snow capped views, it was my husbands favourite place to sit with a cup of coffee. Location was great, close to all, and the one thing we really noticed that the air quality inside the unit was really great, which is something we have had issues with in other Mammoth rentals. Overall this place was perfect ,we are super picky, total clean freaks, and we travel often and if we could we would give this unit a 10!

Great unit with parking walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Shuttle stop right outside the door if you don't want to walk. Perfectly situated between Canyon Lodge and the Village you get the best of both worlds. Very nice, clean unit with plenty of beds. You get access to a free locker at Canyon Lodge which was nice. The property management company (Nomadness Rentals) is responsive and check-in and check-out process is easy. I will definitely book with them again.

Great location. The view from the balcony is just awesome and breathtaking . I can for a winter vacation snowboarding trip, with my group of friends. The location is one minute away in snow weather walking distance to the shuttle, which gets you to the lodge. But, don’t even bother because you are just ten minutes walking to it. Very helpful especially when close to closing of the lifts and there are a huge crowd waiting for shuttle service. You actually save time walking. Place is clean and have everything. Enough glassware and utensils for everything. About 3 minutes drive to the Village if you want to grab a bite or the brewery for a beer. The office is responsive even around the holiday. Had a hiccup with getting the key (not exactly their fault, just human mistakes and overlook) and I called the number, within 3-5 minutes, they had someone drove out in the snow and gave us a key and made sure we got settled in. Cute spot, plenty of space, and very cozy. Without a doubt I will try and get the same spot my next trip up here

Great place, good amount of space for family of 4, could have had more people join if wanted. Can walk to village, we drove to canyon since uphill and had kids. Ski locker was super convenient. Hosts were attentive and responsive.
