314 Pet-Friendly Townhome Walk to Golf Course

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Mammoth. The home was spacious and clean. We had a lot of fun playing shuffleboard. The placement of # sign on the door code was wrong, so we had trouble getting in, but the host was responsive and quick to send a new code. I appreciated the baby gates at each stairway to keep the one spicy dog separate. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location and the home itself. Nomadness made us feel just like home with clear instructions and recommendations. They welcomed us with a get starter basket as soon as we walked into the kitchen. Highly recommended it.

This is a beautiful property with lots of amenities for adults and families with children. The property was clean and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool and hot tubs were both heated perfectly. The tennis court was great. Teenagers had fun playing some semi-retro video games. Nearby hiking/running trails were fantastic. Location is accessible to many great places including Yosemite. Great food offerings and a grocery store are also nearby.

My whole family and our dog stayed here very comfortable. Note that there is a pet fee that came out to ~$175 for our dog. The location was good, very close to the lakes and mountains and also busy plazas, like with a Vons supermarket. Easy parking right in front of the house, and quiet community as well. The house was comfortable, the TV worked well, the kitchen was well supplied, etc. Nomadness was good with responding during their available hours, which was fortunate because I forgot to get the house access pin from them ahead of time.

We loved staying at this location for a couple days, it’s the perfect summer getaway to take advantage of mammoth lakes in the warmer months

Nomadness is a definitely a pro host! From reminding us to sign out of Netflix, to instructions for checkin and checkout. The pet fee is high but understandable as not all pets are trained the same. We enjoyed our stay at the nice townhome. The pool was very close too! All stores and restaurants were driving distance. Off-road & hiking wasn’t far too!!

We've been coming to Mammoth each summer for 30 years, staying in many places (some much more expensive) but none has matched this terrific place. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, the location was perfect, and the property managers were very helpful. It was a great vacation and we'll be back next year!

The best place I've stayed in Mammoth so far. Lots of space to enjoy time with friends and family, many small details that show love and care from the hosts and extremely clean for a pet friendly place.

We really loved this place. Super comfortable and convenient for a family - comfortable furniture, beds and linens, stocked kitchen, etc. Also great location for access to town and slopes (Eagle Lodge is super close). Would definitely look to stay here again next time we head to Mammoth.

I had a project in Mammoth that a week so myself and my guys stayed in the house. It was a nice stay. Nice house and great location

Kitchen was fully stocked and the shuffle board table was awesome! all the directions for how to work everything and how to leave the unit were externally helpful!

We had a blast! The condo was very spacious, plenty of room, lots of games and even had a shuffleboard. Location was great, quiet neighborhood, and we even saw some deer grazing on the foliage outside our door before we left. Thank you!

This condo retreat is very nice, so comfy... We had 5 adults & 2 dogs... great accommodations, great having an extra restroom on the main level and the kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful landscaping, pool & jacuzzi(s).

This is the perfect space for a larger family. We were a total of 6 adults and one child. My Mom got a bedroom, my husband and I had our own and brother, his wife and their daughter had their own space as well. The dining room is large enough and the couch fit us all comfortably. Highly recommend!!

Good clean stay!

This place was just as described, a great getaway place to enjoy time with friends and family. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed the amenities and the goodies left for us to enjoy. Great location with beautiful scenery, also very quiet and didn't run into any issues. Also, the condo was very clean. We had a great time and we'd love to come back again!

Had a great time. We had 5 adults plus our dog. Great location with bud stop right outside the property. Kitchen was very well equipped and the unit is very clean. Also, the shuffleboard made for great entertainment.

Four adults, three teens and our doodle had a real good time. The property is spacious, quiet and very well equipped. The dining table fits 10 easily with the available extension pieces and folding chairs. The trolly stop is right across the street, it’s a five minute car ride to Eagle and the trail system for walks and bike rides is right there as well. The condo is light and bright and was nicely decorated for the holidays. We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay! Truly a home away from home. Easy in and out location, peaceful surroundings, pool close by. Conveniences like dishwashing soap and dishwasher with pods were appreciated, as well as all the cookware, utensils and dishes we could ever need. Thanks for the basket of goodies and games. We can see our family booking again in the future!!

Family of 6 and a dog. We loved the property, location, and pool. Enjoyed our daily adventures and evening chill at the property. Plus a close beach cruiser ride to town.

We had the best time here for a group bday trip. The location was so perfect and made the trip so smooth. We got picked up by the free shuttle right outside and the were only 2 mins away from the cons and gear rental place. What a difference it makes for a big group to have such a convenient spot. Highly recommend!

This property worked out great for our families. It was clean, well maintained and centrally located. The kids loved the loft and everyone enjoyed the shuffleboard table.

This house was a perfect hub for a summer getaway to Mammoth with my in-laws. As 5 adults we had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was very clean, and we loved the pool! I'd happily stay here again on our next trip to Mammoth!
