Great Listing in Great Location

Loved being on the golf course and we loved the underground parking. Spa was really nice, too. Appreciate the space we had in the condo, and the location being so close to all our favorite parts of town.

Property was well appointed

Property was well appointed, kitchen well stocked and good supply of bedding and towels. I had read about the distance to the parking garage and didn't give it much notice. It could be a problem for some folks, a long walk and a flight of stairs. On the upside the location is very quiet and private. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Condo!

Entering this property is like entering a friend's house. It's beautifully decorated, feels like new, very well stocked with everything you could need. The outside was being painted while we were there, and the painters were very considerate of us. So, now the outside looks like new also. The location is wonderful. It's right across the street from the golf course, and also has a view of the course. It's very quiet and private. It's single story, which we really liked, and even though there are people who live above it we never heard them. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Spring Turns at Mammoth

Awesome property for 2-4 people looking for a natural setting in the shadows of Mammoth Ski Resort. Beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. Easy access to the taprooms, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Minutes from the village and ski resort. Can't wait to go back!

One of best family vacations ever!!!!!

What a treat! This property has it all!!! From kitchen gadgets, cookware, and space, we felt so at home!! Honestly, just bring your suitcases and a few groceries and you will feel like you are staying at a family's home. The beds are comfy, towels are fully stocked and the location is stellar. I wish the hot tub was open after our time on the slopes but, due to Covid, we understand. The owners have taken every step to make you feel at home from handwritten notes, to “how to’s” and notes when leaving. We will be back again and look forward to making more family memories!!!

Wonderful location of very clean and comfortable Mammoth Condo. Location is a little challenging as you have a bit of a walk and some stairs to contend with to get to unit, but once you are down to condo, it is very quiet and secluded. Worth the effort!!! Also Nomadness property management is top tier, with prompt replies to questions and service needs. Bravo to them!

Beautiful condo, felt like home!

Beautiful condo, felt like home! The owners have clearly put much thought into the comfort of their guests, all around! Well appointed, and clean. The kitchen is very nice, and well stocked for cooks. We cooked for the entirety of our stay. We were SO close to the Eagle Ski Lodge, which we thoroughly enjoyed, skiing with our children. We would very much like to be their guests again in the future, and thank them for their hospitality! We felt very much at home there ❤️

Overall a good experience

My family of 4 (two children, ages 10 and 12) rent in Mammoth Lakes 20-30 nights a year, about 2/3 of that on winter. This rental unit was one of the better values overall, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into furnishings and maintenance. The “vibe” of the unit is great and overall very comfortable.

Wonderful Solstice Condo

Been to three different Soltice units here in Mammoth. This was our favorite one. Well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location. The only issue that we had was some stranger took one of our 2 parking spots the last day. Asked if the neighbor parked there, but that was not the case. Sent a text to the manager after hours. Not really much they could have done I suppose. But made it a hassle for family to visit as there is no general parking for anyone else after 6 pm.

Exceptionally clean and well presented condo, exceeded our expectations

We were a family of 5 with children aged 8, 10 and 16. We found the space adequate for our needs and very convenient for skiing out of Eagle Lodge. The condo is well equipped, reasonably new and nicely furnished. Perhaps the only drawback is the distance between underground parking and the front door but this would certainly not influence this review or our desire to stay there again. The owners have left a decorated Christmas tree for us which was a nice touch. There were many board games and books which would have come useful had the week not been so perfect for skiing. We really liked it!

We had a lovely time

My wife and I loved staying at this property. We had our 13 year old son with us and he was totally happy with the second bedroom layout. We brought his PS3 and plugged it into his TV and he was a happy camper the whole trip. The property is a nice quiet end unit with awesome views of the forest and golf course throughout most of the unit. I have stayed in many rental properties in Mammoth and it was refreshing to stay in a newer unit with new amenities. The unit has it's own washer and dryer which comes in handy during the summer months. The owners have done a great job decorating this unit and we enjoyed watching a movie every night on the large flat screen TV in the living room. I read the other reviews prior to our stay and I was concerned about the hot water. We get pretty dusty during the day with mountain biking and hiking and I was concerned about the lack of hot water. But I am pleased to tell everyone that we never experienced any troubles with hot water. Our showers were always hot. I was pleased to read the owner's comments that they plan to remove the foam topper from the master bed. I'm 6' 2' tall and I struggled to get in bed without clobbering my wife. We laughed every night as we climbed into bed. A new mattress minus the topper is a great idea. While we were there, everything worked great. I thought the owners did a great job outlining everything prior to our visit. The unit was very clean, cozy and comfortable during out visit and I highly recommend this unit to other families like mine. We love mountain biking and hiking and Mammoth never disappoints. My wife and I rented kayaks at Lake Mary one day and this was very enjoyable for both of us. The only bummer while we were in Mammoth was that there was a wildfire about 25 miles away that made things very smoky. But no one can control Mother Nature and we didn't let the smoke ruin our visit. Overall, our trip was very relaxing with plenty of adventure and lots of good eating. If you want to try something new, I highly recommend a restaurant in June Lake called the 'Eagle's Landing' at the Double Eagle Resort in June Lake. This spa/resort has awesome views and the food was excellent. If all goes well, we hope to stay at Solstice again next summer.

Dan and Peggy have decorated it to feel very warm and cozy and homelike. Thanks for the mini Christmas tree! Unit # was very well equipped and made cooking and eating in quite easy and enjoyable which was handy considering all the snow we got! 6 ft in 6 days... I know you didn't have a hand in that but that was AMAZING! We also loved the unit itself for its privacy which was great for our dog who could easily go outside and romp in the snow! Home away from home

We had a spectacular time on our vacation. The condo is amazing and we loved everything about the week we spent in your home away from home. We are Mammoth regulars but this trip was extra special since we were celebrating my husbands 50th. He is an avid fisherman and the fishing was absolutely incredible this week. We were so thrilled to bring our two Australian Shepards, Max and Cleo. They felt right at home as we did. Thank you again for the week and the memories we have from our great week.
