Mountain Biking: Besides world-class skiing, Mammoth is also known for its renowned mountain biking trails. Mammoth Ski Area in the summer transforms to challenge mountain bike enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. The Mammoth Bike Park features  a 90 mile single track network of trails. For the weekend warrior on the mountain bike with the more relaxed approach there are one of many other trails that transect the front country of the forest. 

Golf: The highest 18-hole golf course in California is located Mammoth Lakes. At 8,000 feet elevation in the Sierra Nevada Range, the Sierra Star Golf Club is without a doubt one of a kind.
