521 Luxury Remodeled, Mid-Town Condo

Overall this was a really great place. The pros were that it was super close and convenient to everything we did. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms as they are small, so my husband and I each used a different one and there was one upstairs as well. Everything was clean and very user friendly. My only cons are personal to me and may not have an impact for anyone else. When I was researching where to book, I really wanted a place with a balcony so sit out on and enjoy coffee. This place had 2, one enclosed and the other open. I felt the pictures were a little misleading as there is some construction and equipment just across the way that was strategically not shown. The window sliders do not have any coverage so it felt exposed for everyone to see in. I would have preferred the option to close something especially at night. Otherwise, we were very happy with this place. It was very quiet which we gratefully appreciated.

Cozy retreat. We enjoyed our time @ this cozy retreat. I loved the outdoor deck along with enclosed deck. Pick your spot for the time of day. Alot of activities & sight seeing within mammoth lakes & beyond. Highly recommend for any time of year!!

Lovely location and nicely updated condo. The condo was easy to find, ample parking and less than 1/2 mile from downtown shops. There was a paved biking/walking trail right behind the condo too. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The hosts were very responsive in answering our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, modern condo in a great location. Quiet end unit with no one above or below. Very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of clean towels and bathroom amenities. Easy check-in and responsive host.

A very spacious and open 2 bedroom 3 bath. We stayed one week here and we enjoyed every moment. We especially like that it was airy and bright with the windows and sliding doors. We would definitely stay again.

Love the unit. Clean, spacious, quiet, short distance to public transit. Property management was top notch, stayed on top of everything and made sure we had everything we need. We are highly recommended and we look forward returning.

We enjoyed out stay. Great location, close to a lot of hiking trails, which is what we came to do. The location of the condo was in a very quiet location which we appreciated after a long day of hiking. And it was also close enough to town if we wanted to go out and eat. We would stay here again.

Great stay and walking distance to bluesapalooza. Quiet and off the Main Street with green space out the back for a secluded view and feel. The management company was responsive and check in was easy. I would rent again.

Clean, quiet and good location. Condo provided everything needed to prepare a meal. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Not far from the village Mammoth Mountain and lakes.

My family and I stayed at this townhouse for Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. The backyard was like a mini snow play area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. If I ever return to mammoth I will definitely book this home again.  

The kitchen here was fully stocked with every utensil you would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. The location amazing. The only thing I would do is bring your own food from your town because the grocery stores here run out of staples quick.

Such a great spot for our little family to spend a weekend away together!

I’ve stayed in many places in Mammoth, our family has been doing a Mammoth trip for years, this is by far the nicest, cleanest, best decorated unit we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable. Anything you might need is available in the townhouse (kitchen supplies, games, shovels, sleds, washer/dryer), nothing was lacking. We stayed here during a massive storm, in which we were snowed in. The management company was extremely communicative, and I appreciate all their help.

Mammoth is one of our favorite winter spots and this property was the perfect home base for our group of 6. Only a mile from Eagle Lodge making it super easy to get on the slopes + the bus stop is only a short walk away from the house so we didn’t have to park a car at the mountain. The village is a mile away as well and several restaurants, coffee shops, and more on Main St. are only a 10-15 minute walk. Having to pick up a key at the Nomadness office was a little tedious especially having been so many rentals that have keypad/code locks these days but it wasn’t really an issue at all. Definitely hope to come back!
