We've stayed at many places in Mammoth during the 4th of July weekend, and this was one of the best. It's not the newest, most modern of condos, but it had everything we needed. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at. The location was great - within easy walking distance of the 4th of July parade and Vons/restaurants. The only caveat we have is that there is no AC (like a lot of Mammoth condos). It was warm on the second (main) floor, and very warm in the loft (even with fans going all day). However the bedrooms downstairs were comfortable. If you are visiting in the heat of the summer (we had 90+ heat!) you may want to consider a place with AC. Fans were provided, but it never really got cool like it would with AC. Overall we would stay here again (after checking the weather report!)

Perfect winter getaway

This townhome was perfect for our group snowboarding trip for 6. Between the three bedrooms and the loft, there was plenty of space. Each room having its own bathroom is also a plus. The main living area was so comfortable and spacious for us to hang out in and have our meals together. Fully equipped and very organized kitchen. Anything you need for a comfortable stay, this place has it. Incredibly convenient location, we didnâ??t need to use our cars at all once we parked. Itâ??s just steps from the bus stops that take you to the village and lodges, and a very short walk to vons and some other shops/restaurants. Definitely planning on booking this unit again next season!

Perfect For Our Family

En-suite bedrooms are conveniently located on the bottom floor for easy loading and unloading of personal belongings from our cars. The open floor plan living room has high mountain cabin style ceilings extending to the loft area. Modern kitchen space comes with easy to operate appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was nice and updated. Plenty of space for 4 adult couples. Appreciated that the condo was dog friendly and even has a large grass area right out front. Hot tubs worked, walking distance from Vons and Sherwin Meadow. Great spot all around. Other folks in the complex were really nice as well. Overall great experience.

This place is great! The check in process was easy and the property management team responded to all my questions super fast. Having 4 full bathrooms was nice and convenient for our group. Internet is a little slow but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our 3 days 2-night stay at this property. It was just enough for the family. We mostly stayed in the cabin due to COVID but we loved the lodging despite not doing many outdoor activities. The house was complete with cooking utensils. We just brought a lot of food and just enjoyed each other’s company. The place was warm and comfy.

Super clean, well-appointed, SPACIOUS condo! Plenty of room for our 2 families plus a couple of friends. We could relax and enjoy our time in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. The grocery store was a short walk away, but the orientation of the condo to it's surroundings was quiet and felt secluded. Would definitely stay again!

It’s all in the title; three couples fit comfortably; lots of room to spread out; nice open kitchen allowed multiple cooks to work side by side; loved having the end unit for more privacy; we all agreed would rent the same unit again. Perfect Mountain getaway with friends!

Wow! I spent 4 days/3 nights in this condo with several friends (5 people total). This beautifully appointed, large condo was comfortable and close to everything. The furnishings were comfortable and you could tell the owner is a talented designer. The bedrooms were large with plenty of space for luggage and spreading out. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, too, with hairdryers, excellent towels (not cheap, thin hotel towels), and shampoo if you forgot yours. The social area on the second floor had a large kitchen, two seating areas at a bar and a dining table and a comfy sofa. TVs in every room, though who would want to watch TV when you have Mammoth Mountain all around you?! From the living room balcony, you get views of the mountains and clear starry skies at night. Other than food, you don't need to bring any amenities with you. The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge, plenty of dishes and cookware, and the cupboard had plenty of spices and condiments. There's a Vons and a Starbucks within a 2-minute walk so if you need anything, it's easy access. The condo is close to the Village and many hiking trails. If you're a skier, I hear it's easy access to the slopes as well. This place felt like a home away from home and I'll definitely be going back.

We planned a big family reunion in Mammoth this summer and this home fit all of our needs. The first floor has three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms connected to each one. It was awesome having your own bathroom! The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean and comfy. The second floor had a spacious living room where the family gathered in the evenings and a large dining table where we could enjoy our meals together. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and had everything we needed. The plates, pots and kitchenware in general were in great condition. We loved hanging out there and spending time together. The second floor also had a bathroom with a shower. Since it has three floors, it was convenient to have a full bath on the second floor for those sleeping in the loft. The loft has three twin beds up there. The only problem we encountered was that it got very hot up in the loft during the day time since the weather was quite warm during our stay. The location of the condo was fantastic! It's a block away from the local market and there are several restaurants and stores in walking distance. We even rented bikes around the corner which made for a convenient return. There are several shuttle stops in the area as well. I would highly recommend using Nomadness Rentals to book this fabulous home for your next vacay!

Great home!

We all really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. The ground floor had three bedrooms each having it's own private bathroom which was great for our large party. The second floor had a roomy living room and a well-stocked kitchen. We found everything we needed. They had great pans, pots, dishes and plenty of appliances for us to use as we made several meals at home. This floor also had another bathroom which was super convenient. The loft had three twin beds but I have to admit that it was very hot up there. The weather was quite warm during our stay. The community pool is very small. But the location of the home is great! It's a corner home and located one block away from the grocery store and several restaurants. There was also a bike rental shop around the corner. Very convenient! Overall, it was a great stay! Our family would recommend this home and hope to stay here again the next time around.

Great Location and Townhouse! Our family felt at home and comfortable in the spacious and well appointed space. What a plus having bathrooms attached to all 3 bedrooms, plus another full bath on the main floor. It is situated in such a convenient location, being able to walk to the grocery store and especially Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! The vacation was great - I hated to leave the area. Thank you to both the owner for thinking of the little things for vacationers and to Mammoth rental by owner for the ease of the rental. We will be back!

Fantastic place

The unit was fantastic and better than I could have expected. We fit 10 adults very comfortably for the entire weekend. The place was in great shape and the open floorplan on the kitchen level with the large dining table worked out great for the group. The location was nice and close to restaurants, bars, grocery store, ski rentals and shuttle stops so we easily got around the entire town including a trip to the village late night. The loft gets warm at night but cracking a window overnight really helped keep those up top cool while keeping the bedroom level nice and warm. Having multiple bathrooms was the best part as everybody had their own space. Overall we were very happy with the unit and would return again no questions asked if the opportunity presents itself

Spacious, modern and cozy

This townhouse was the perfect place for our family ski vacation. All of the rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds and spacious storage. The living room area is a lovely and fun place to be, with people relaxing on the cloud-like couch, playing cards at the table, or prepping dinner in the kitchen - everyone can enjoy the fun! The mountain views from the second floor and loft are unmatched. All amenities and appliances are clean and modern - couldn't ask for anything better. Will definitely stay here again.
